Description

How do our organizational hiring processes perpetuate institutional racism and inequity? What narratives do we need to reframe in order to create hiring processes that embody anti-racism?

Explore these questions and more at NPARC’s February Community Meeting: A Conversation on Anti-Racist Hiring featuring Josh Martinez, Director of Agency Programs and Network Development at Food Lifeline, and Kirk Mead, Principal at The Carrington Group.

This will be an interactive conversation with our panelists and each other. Please bring your questions and a willingness to share your knowledge, experience, and expertise.
