Description

Creating an Inclusive Legal Profession is a program that will engage lawyers and law firm professionals with the following objectives:
• To define what is actionable allyship, white privilege, systemic racism, and inclusive leadership;
• To understand what it means to be an actionable ally and the role we can all play in being allies;
• To look at the role of unconscious bias and how it might affect our decision making both with ourselves and our clients; and
• To explore what we can each do to ensure that Dechert is an inclusive community for all.
