Despite the interface controls available in most modern Case Management Systems (CMS), users still find ways to enter bad data. The result is that reporting data to key funders can be slow, cumbersome, and embarrassing. This session will review various Quality Assurance (QA) reports and other techniques for cleaning up your CMS data. Although this session will use LegalServer as the CMS platform for demonstration purposes, these techniques can just as easily be applied to other systems as well.
