If you are in need of civil legal help, please call Northwest Justice Project’s CLEAR hotline at 1-888-201-1014.  CLEAR (Coordinated Legal Education Advice & Referral) serves as Washington’s statewide centralized legal aid hotline.  The hotline is open from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you live in King County, call 2-1-1 (or 1-800-621-4636) , which is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and they will refer you to the appropriate legal aid provider.

American Sign Language

Deaf and hearing-impaired callers can call 1-800-833-6384 or 711 to be connected to a free relay operator. They will then connect you with 211 or CLEAR.
