The Politics of Lawyering in the Current Age: Legal Observing and Representing Activists
Neil Fox will cover issues related to political defense of activists – free speech issues and their relation with criminal law, how political cases are different than standard criminal cases, and how they are the same in some respects, and what types of defenses have worked. He will also cover setting up a legal observer program.
