Our panel will explore up-to-the-minute legal issues related to state and Federal public accommodation cases, including the US Supreme Court decision in Masterpiece Cakeshop and Washington’s own Arlene’s Flowers case; state “religious freedom” statutes and Federal executive order; the President’s ban on transgender people from serving in the military; and other vital issues related to civil rights.
